2. How It Works

What is Gaynipplelover.com about?  It's an adult website, aimed for gay men, but not limited to the LGBT community. It's aimed at people, who are interested in other men's body, related but not limited, to nipples and pectorals. In order to access all content, users need to register and pay a subscription fee to become a member of Gaynipplelover.com. 

3. Account Registration

To register and create an account on Gaynipplelover.com, you must provide a valid email address, a username, and a password. It is a requirement for the user of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current, and complete. To access all the content you will need to pay a subscription fee; this proves your age and passes the security check to access the site. Note, all payments are processed by third parties. Gaynipplelover.com does not store or has access to your payment details.

You agree that all information you provide to register with this Website, is accurate and correct. The use of any features on the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy at Gaynipplelover.com/home/privacy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

When you register on Gaynipplelover.com, you agree to use the site for your own personal use and not for commercial use. All general video content at Gaynipplelover.com, is available to download, under the user’s own discretion and agrees to comply with its intellectual property. All videos in relation to the models who partner with us are not able to be downloaded directly from the site. If users download videos via other software, Gaynipplelover does not hold any responsibility of the effects of these actions.

You, the user, are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur on your account and you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and secure. You agree not to disclose these details to any other person or entity and immediately notify us at contact@gaynipplelover.com if you believe someone has used or is using your account without your permission or if your account has been subject to any other breach of security. 

We have the right to disable any user name, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time and at our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms. 

3.1Transfer of Website:

From 1st February 2021, we have updated our website interface and systems. All those members who are current members of Gaynipplelover.com have been sent emails and reminders to transfer to the new site. This requires the active and paying users from Gaynipplelover.com to sign up to the new site (GNL-Models.com) with the same email to activate their account on the new site. Payment details and plan type, will be carried forward automatically for all users from the 1st February 2021. 
Any users who wish to opt out and do not wish to register on the new site, can opt out, but will still be charged per their price plan. If a users wishes to stop payments, they must complete the cancellation form on this site or alternatively on the new site. 

Those users who do not sign up to the new site but still have an active membership and subscription, will have till the 30 April 2021, to use the current site before their accounts are permanently deleted and made inactive at Gaynipplelover.com. They still however, may sign up to the new site and continue to be an active member, as long as their price plan and subscription remains active. We do not take any responsibility if users have deleted, changed or made inactive their emails and therefore not received our emails informing about the changes to the site and transfer to the new site. 

4. Subscriptions and payments forms:

When subscribing you will not receive any email until after successful sign up. In order to subscribe, you need to complete the two steps, Subscription + Sign up.
Once you have completed both steps, you will receive an email informing you, regarding your payment type membership and your membership activation.
All purchases will appear in the acronym of "GNL Subscriptions", to guarantee discretion and privacy to the user. All purchases are final and non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing https://www.gaynipplelover.com/home/cancel-subscription. Your billing period will allow you to access the content on the site until the end of the existing billing period, where you will lose access to the content and not be re-billed, if you choose to cancel. This would be notified by email when the recurring payments have been successfully cancelled and also inform the user of the last date of membership to the site.  

You are entitled to cancel any subscription, for any reason and at any time, thereby ensuring that you will not be billed again for that subscription. 

Important:  Any purchases made on Gaynipplelover.com which don’t match the user’s registered details for age verification will result in the user’s account being immediately and permanently excluded from Gaynipplelover.com and the payment amount not being able to be refunded.  

4.1  Payment forms: We accept major credit cards, debit cards and American Express cards worldwide. Payments taken by ZOHO Checkout are displayed in GBP Pounds. We no longer accept Payments made via PayPal. 
It is also possible to use Discover cards and Union Pay cards depending on the location and financial institution agreement of the card.

5.Prices and coupons: 
The current prices to access the content of the site are divided as follows: (from October 2020)
Monthly: £5.99, this is a recurring payment, paid automatically by the user every month. Valid until cancelled.

Weekly: £2.50, this is a recurring payment, paid automatically by the user every week. Valid until cancelled.

2 Days Access: £1.00, this is a one payment only. Membership will expire automatically after the 2 days.

User one time payments: £5.99 or £2.50, these are one time payments made by the user, who can choose how long they want their membership to last for. Membership will expire automatically after the selected time. 

At times, we may offer discounts and promotions to users. These discounts and coupons are issued in partnership with our payment host provider and reserve the right to withdraw these discounts or coupons at any time without prior notice. Discounts and promotions may include free subscriptions to the website, extension of recurring payments to give extra months of service at no extra cost, 1 month or more free subscription or discounts for one or multiple months. All users, independently of full, partial or free subscription, must complete the age verification process in order to access all content of the website.  

Coupons are only valid for new users unless stated in the individual coupon below. If any recurring user applies a coupon at checkout and is not charged, we will commence the activation of the account after completion of the first successful payment. This will be informed to the user by email and the date of activation, pending payment.

At present we have the following active coupons with their respective conditions:

New: When successfully applied, the coupon gives the user a one off discount of 60% the value of the first week subscription. After this week, the charge will revert to the normal weekly payment which the user selected. Users can cancel their subscription within the first week and not be charged. We will remove access to the site on the last day of the subscription. An email will be sent out informing about the last day if the user cancels. Coupon is only valid once per email and signup and per new member. Members who subscribe twice using the same credit-debit card will not benefit from the discounted trial. 

GNL50: When successfully applied, the coupon gives the user a one off discount of 50% the value of the first month / week subscription. After this time, the charge will revert to the normal payment which the user selected. Users can cancel their subscription anytime and their membership will remain until the last day of the cycle. We will remove access to the site on the last day of the subscription. An email will be sent out informing about the last day if the user cancels. Coupon is only valid once per email and signup, as per new member.

Lock Price Benefit: Subscribing to the site comes with the "lock price" benefit which means the user will pay the same amount every month, irrespective if the price goes up. This amount will be specified on the payment page at the beginning of payment. All recurring payments made by the user thereafter will be the same, as long as the user maintains the current subscription. If the user cancels the subscription and wants to re-subscribe again, the price may have changed, since the first membership. The current price is £5 per month. User's are responsible for their own payments and correct card details. If the card expires, is lost or stolen and does not update/notify us with new payment information, Gaynipplelover.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership of the user, prior email notification warning, on the date that the mis-payment occurs.

6. Promotions: From time to time we may launch promotions and discounts. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions for any given reason without notice or modifying these terms.  Currently we have the following promotions active:

6.1 Nipple Clamps lucky draw:​ Every month we are giving away one set of "Nipple Clamps" to one lucky member who subscribes to the Monthly Plan membership, which costs £5.00 per month on a recurring subscription. To enter the draw a new member needs to pay successfully via the subscription link and sign up to the site, which will activate their membership to the site. The draw is open from the 25/May/2020 until the 30/Sept/2020. Only valid for new users which have not subscribed to the website before. Only one entry per member per email. No cash alternative offered.

The draw will take place every 15th of the month by the automatic draw service provided by "https://wheelofnames.com/". The last draw will take place on the 2nd October 2020.
We will provide recording of the draw, by a link on the "Home" page of our website, every month. The winning member will be contacted by email to claim the prize. Members will have 30 days to claim the prize.
Packaging, postage and delivery of the prize is free of charge. We will send the package by ordinary post in discreet packaging. However, depending on the country, there might be import duties or taxes to be paid in order to accept the package in customs. Gaynipplelover.com, as the organizer of the competition, will not be responsible for these fees/taxes or import duties.

We can not guarantee either the accurate delivery of the package to the address, as this depends on each postal service in their respective country. However, we will try to inform the recipient if we encounter any problems when posting. If the package is lost or stolen in transit, we can not resend a new one nor offer any compensation for damage or loss, as this is not in our control. In order to accept the prize, the winner needs to provide a residential address in which to send the package. Failure to provide this, will result in the prize not being able to be delivered and the winner losing it. No other alternative will be offered nor compensation.

Declaration: We cannot accept responsibility for non-successful payments, for whatever reason. By entering this competition, the participant is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw the prize competition offering before the deadline if we encounter any admin or technical difficulties.

This promotion is in not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any Social Network. We may use Twitter to promote the competition only. Any information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy of Gaynipplelover.com  (https://www.gaynipplelover.com/home/privacy)

6.2 Promotion Plans:​ Gaynipplelover offers growth and exposure plans for users who meet our verification and validation process to feature them in the social media platforms of Twitter and / or Instagram. The promotion plans are valid from June 2020 until further notice. Models and amateurs who apply must meet the following criteria to be accepted in any of the promotion packages:

-Be at least 18 years of age or more.
-A defined / lean / twink / muscular body, with shaped upper body (pecs).
-Showing face is optional. We can also edit videos to blur / mosaic if required by the model.
-Smooth / Shaved upper body is preferred (to showcase better the pecs / nipples).
-A like for Nipple Play is desired, as that's what the site is about. 
-Content sent must be in original quality and format. (MP4, AVI for videos or JPEG, PNG for Photos).
-HD content is preferred. (Bad quality videos or photos will be rejected).

Currently we offer 3 ways of engaging in promotion:

-Content Hosting: Users who potentially qualify as models and amateurs may join our website. By applying you receive a dedicated page on our site in which we host photos, videos or both, on an individual page for the model. This page includes links to the model's social media platforms and any Fans account. (These fans account include OnlyFans, Justfor.fans and 4my.fans). Successful models will also get FREE promotion on our social media platforms and are eligible for FREE website membership to Gaynipplelover.com.

Models are able to opt out at any time by writing to contact@gaynipplelover as well as changing their media or updating media on the website.

We reserve the right to withdraw the promotion plans or change plan descriptions at any given time without notice. We also reserve the right to pause or withdraw the promotion plans if we encounter any admin or technical difficulties. Users who submit their application for promotion are bound by these terms of section 6.2 and also accept the privacy policy of our website. (https://www.gaynipplelover.com/home/privacy)

7. Account Deactivation

7.1Should you wish to deactivate your Gaynipplelover.com account, please contact customer support at contact@gaynipplelover.com to submit your deactivation request. We will deactivate your account within 24 hours after receiving your request. You will receive an email to confirm the cancellation of payment and another email to confirm the last date of your membership to the site.

7.2Recurring payments are automatically generated by the system when the user subscribes to the site. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have enough funds to cover the next payment. If the payment fails on the renewal date, we will honour 3 extra days and send the user an payment failure notification to warn the user about the unpaid balance. 

If the user does not add funds or does not update the card information for payment, on the second attempt of payment, the balance will remain unpaid and the users account will be deactivated and the membership cancelled. Once the membership is cancelled, any user wanting to access the website again, will need to re-subscribe, but note, the price may differ from the original price they paid at the beginning. 

7.3Unsubscribing from marketing emails: If you signed up to the website you will be registered automatically in receiving marketing emails. To cancel the email notification service or unsubscribing, please click the button at the end of the page where it displays "Unsubscribe". This will take you to the page where you will have to complete your email address to deactivate the marketing emails. Users who do not subscribe, but sign up only will be kept in the system database for 2 months. After this date they will be deleted. Any user can re-sign up in the future and subscribe to the website, if they so wish.

8. Intellectual Property Rights 

The GayNipplelover ® name, logo and all related names, domain, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks (®) of ours. GayNipplelover® is registered as a trademark in the United Kingdom under Planet Airlines Ltd. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Website and its content are the trademarks of their respective owners. 

We do not warrant that Gaynipplelover.com is compatible with all devices and operating systems. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether or not Gaynipplelover.com is compatible with your device. From time to time we may make updates to the website without prior notice, which may become inaccessible for a short period of time.

Any content posted that is reported by another user at Gaynipplelover.com, and that is deemed unacceptable by Gaynipplelover.com, will be deleted. If we become aware that a Gaynipplelover.com user is underage, we will promptly deactivate that user's account and delete all information and content of that user from Gaynipplelover.com. If you are a parent or legal guardian and become aware that your minor-child has registered on Gaynipplelover.com, please immediately notify us at contact@gaynipplelover.com.
